Job Description
A reputable and well established pharmaceutical company is actively recruiting for a Senior Finance Manager – Pharmaceutical to be based in the United Arab Emirates. - Responsible for the full financial control for the entire large scale Manufacturing Operations ensuring compliance with accounting policies and regulatory requirements
- Developing and maintaining strong Standard Costing to ensure optimal Manufacturing efficiency within this large-scale Production plant, with high focus on variance analysis
- Monitoring financial operations and performance, analyzing and interpreting operating results, investigating variances and unusual items; and evaluating their effect on operations
- Creating and interpreting financial models and reports based on analyses to support organizational decision making
- Strong focus on robust standard costing, cost per unit development, margin impacts, and variances analysis
- Operating ERP system, to deliver reporting requirements covering monthly, year-end, budget, forecast and strategic reporting

- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or related field required
- At least 10 years’ experience in a Finance leadership position in a pharmaceutical manufacturing only
- High caliber experienced qualified accountant with Senior Management/Plant Controller level experience within a sizeable direct Manufacturing Operations environment
- Strong Standard Costing experience – GAAP, Audit and systems analysis
- Strong business partnering experience with a focus on Manufacturing Operational and Supply Chain activities
- Strong influencer with an energetic can-do attitude and approach
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Confident communicator, able to build effective relationships and influence across all levels of the organization. Experience of presenting to senior stakeholders
