Your mission

• Leading the BeWunder Finance team in the Middle East
• You will be responsible for financial accounting and the proper execution of accounts receivable, accounts payable and investment accounting, including payment transactions
• You will take responsibility for the local closing processes
• First point of contact for issues related to accounts receivable and accounts payable
• Bank postings
• Being accountable for the preparation of monthly financial statements and managing internal reporting tasks.
• Posting accruals and deferrals
• Participation in the preparation of monthly and annual financial statements
• You will work together with our tax advisor on annual financial statements and will be responsible for the year-end audit with our external auditors
• Correspondence with internal and external contacts

Your profile

• Bachelor/Master\xe2\x80\x99s degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics (or in a similar area)
• Must have knowledge of accounting according to IFRS (HGB is a plus)
• Structured and strategic approach to finance topics in relation to the business of the organization
• Previous experience being responsible for the year-end audit
• Extensive experience in Bookkeeping
• Confident user of Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, Teams, etc.)
• Fluent in English, knowledge of German is a plus
• Good IT skills related to ERP implementations
• Excellent communication skills and proven ability to work in a team
