The Role
Responsibilities Strategic management of operations financial health \xe2\x80\xa2 Manage and oversee all financial operations; provide leadership and direction to the finance teams, including accounting, budgeting, financial planning and analysis, pricing and project monitoring. \xe2\x80\xa2 Financial reporting: analyze financial reports, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulations and standards. \xe2\x80\xa2 Financial analysis: conduct in-depth financial analysis to support decision-making, identify trends, and recommend improvements. Conduct regular performance reviews to identify areas for improvement and opportunities for cost reduction and revenue enhancement. \xe2\x80\xa2 Budgeting and forecasting: lead the 3-year planning process and the yearly budgeting in line with the firm\xe2\x80\x99s strategic initiatives, and investment decisions to support organizational growth and sustainability. Forecast financial performance based on business trends and goals. \xe2\x80\xa2 Pricing: collaborate with leadership to ensure pricing strategies are aligned with overall business objectives; Analyze pricing and profitability trends that have an impact on the business and come up with necessary recommendations. Utilize advanced analytics to forecast pricing trends and assess the impact of pricing decisions. \xe2\x80\xa2 Project monitoring: work closely with the leadership and team on monitoring and improving the Net Investment KPIs of the firm. \xe2\x80\xa2 Leadership support: prepare and deliver strategic presentations to senior leadership, providing insights, analysis, and recommendations on key initiatives and performance metrics. \xe2\x80\xa2 Process improvement: identify opportunities for process improvement, streamline financial processes, and implement best practices to enhance efficiency and effectiveness. \xe2\x80\xa2 Workflow automation: identify opportunities to streamline repetitive tasks and improve efficiency through the use of technology and automation tools. \xe2\x80\xa2 Statutory and tax: lead tax optimisation and tax savings projects in coordination with the Accounting team and the Central Tax team \xe2\x80\xa2 KSA local content and ICV score: stay up to date on KSA local content and ME ICV requirements. Manage the Local content and ICV score improvement initiatives in coordination with the team in charge; Provide management with timely updates on this area \xe2\x80\xa2 Accounting: supervise the accounting team\xe2\x80\x99s activities, including monthly and Year end closing processes, payroll management and reporting, Travel policy monitoring and enhancements and corporate card program management. \xe2\x80\xa2 Risk Management: identify and assess financial risks, implement risk mitigation strategies, and ensure compliance with risk management policies. \xe2\x80\xa2 Internal Controls: establish and maintain effective internal controls to safeguard assets, prevent fraud, and ensure financial integrity. \xe2\x80\xa2 XloS collaboration: work closely with the Central Finance Team to share insights, representing the firm\xe2\x80\x99s interest, clearly articulating the firm\'s position, objectives, and priorities in alignment with the overall organizational goals. Work to ensure alignment between strategies and initiatives to promote cohesion and synergy. \xe2\x80\xa2 Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs): develop clear and comprehensive SOPs for key processes, outlining step-by-step instructions, responsibilities, and timelines. Ensure SOPs are regularly updated and easily accessible to all team members. \xe2\x80\xa2 Performance Metrics: define key performance indicators (KPIs) for the team members and regularly track progress towards goals. Use KPIs to evaluate performance, identify areas for improvement, and recognize outstanding contributions. \xe2\x80\xa2 Vision and strategy: clearly communicate the vision, goals, and strategic direction for the finance department. Ensure alignment with the organization\'s overall mission and objectives. \xe2\x80\xa2 Continuous improvement: encourage a culture of continuous improvement and innovation within the team. Solicit feedback from team members, identify areas for improvement, and implement changes to enhance team effectiveness and efficiency. \xe2\x80\xa2 Training programs: identify training programs to enhance the skills and capabilities of team members. This includes technical training on analysis tools, as well as soft skills training on communication and leadership. \xe2\x80\xa2 Mentorship and coaching: offer coaching sessions to help individuals identify and work towards their career goals. Help team members reach their full potential. Offer guidance, support, and constructive feedback to help them overcome challenges and develop professionally. \xe2\x80\xa2 Regular reviews and feedback: conduct regular performance reviews with team members to provide feedback on their performance, address any concerns, and set clear objectives for improvement. Encourage an open dialogue and opportunities for self-assessment.

Requirements
  • Bachelor\'s degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field. \xe2\x80\xa2 MBA, Master\'s in Finance, or related field is highly preferred \xe2\x80\xa2 10 to 15 years of extensive financial management experience, preferably within a consulting or professional services firm. \xe2\x80\xa2 Industry knowledge: proven experience in financial planning and analysis (FP&A), accounting principles, and financial reporting standards. Familiarity with the consulting industry\'s business model and financial dynamics is a plus. \xe2\x80\xa2 Leadership: experience in leading and developing a finance team, including financial analysts, accountants, and other finance professionals. \xe2\x80\xa2 Strategic planning: demonstrated ability in strategic planning, budgeting, and forecasting with the ability to align financial strategies with overall business objectives. \xe2\x80\xa2 Risk management: expertise in identifying and managing financial risks, including compliance with financial regulations and standards. \xe2\x80\xa2 Results orientation: focus on achieving tangible results and delivering value to the firm.
