We are seeking a

highly experienced and credentialed Finance Leader

to join our executive team. The ideal candidate holds

CPA, CMA, and/or CA designations

, has a proven track record in

strategic financial management

, and brings

strong leadership experience

in managing high-performing accounting and finance teams.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and oversee all accounting operations including budgeting, forecasting, reporting, compliance, and audits Provide strategic financial input and leadership on decision-making issues affecting the organization Drive process improvement and financial systems optimization Ensure compliance with local and international accounting standards and regulatory requirements Mentor and manage a team of finance professionals, fostering a culture of accountability and continuous development Collaborate closely with senior leadership and cross-functional teams

Qualifications

CPA (Certified Public Accountant), CMA (Certified Management Accountant), CA (Chartered Accountant) - any combination preferred 5+ years in finance/accounting with at least 3 years in a senior or leadership role Demonstrated success in managing and growing teams Expertise in financial reporting, corporate finance, budgeting, and strategic planning - IFRS experienced. Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills Proficiency in financial software and ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, NetSuite, Tally) With Trading & Manufacturing industry experience
