Responsible to leveraging the Objectives and Key Results (OKR) process to not only drive actionable insights but also contribute to the effectiveness & efficiency of

supply chain functions

.

Responsibilities:

Weekly Business Reviews: Prepare & conduct weekly reviews with management, analyzing supply chain KPIs to identify trends and opportunities for operational improvements.

Performance Tracking & OKR Alignment: Maintain and further develop KPIs to track the progress of supply chain objectives, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and targets.

Data Analysis & Visualization: Conduct data analysis to generate actionable insights and develop intuitive dashboards and reports that effectively track KPIs and support decision-making.

Collaborative Impact: Work closely with cross-functional teams to understand operational challenges and deliver data-driven solutions that align with departmental OKRs.

Support Digital Transformation & Automation: Assist in identifying and implementing opportunities to automate and digitize supply chain processes, driving efficiency and reducing manual effort.

Inventory Stratification & Optimization: Maintain and further develop inventory stratification report based on movement and value. Focusing on plans to reduce excess inventory and prevent stockouts.

Annual Budgeting & quarterly forecasting: Assist in budgeting & Forecasting process by analyzing data, tracking metrics, and collaborating with teams to enhance forecast accuracy and supply chain responsiveness.

System Discrepancy Identification & Resolution: Monitor & identify discrepancies between supply chain systems and data sources, ensuring data consistency and accuracy.

Knowledge and Skills:

Advanced Excel & Analytical Tools - Strong proficiency in Excel (PivotTables, Power Query), with working knowledge of Power BI, SQL, and basic data modeling to support structured, data-driven analysis.

Data Storytelling & Visualization - Skilled in transforming data into clear, compelling stories through visuals and dashboards that drive understanding and action across the business.

Problem Solving & Continuous Improvement - Proactive and curious, with a mindset focused on optimizing processes and identifying areas for enhancement through data.

Clear Communication & Collaboration - Able to present complex insights in a simple, meaningful way and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

Prioritization & Execution - Strong time management and organizational skills with the ability to deliver quality outputs under tight deadlines.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: AED5,000.00 - AED7,000.00 per month

Experience:

Power BI & Pivot Table: 3 years (Required) Supply Chain Functions: 4 years (Required)
