We seek a skilled and experienced Senior Finance professional to join our team in Dubai. They will be responsible for the finance operations of our Singapore office, while supporting some UAE operations. The ideal candidate will have 2-4 years of accounting experience and a solid corporate governance, taxation, and business administration background.
Why you'll do:

Support project financial analysis, ensuring alignment with commercial plans and budgets.
Reconcile client revenue accruals with actual project delivery, staff time, and third-party invoices.
Assist with invoice verification, reconciliations, and general financial administration.
Collaborate with Finance leadership to enhance processes and efficiencies.
Ensure accurate time tracking for client projects and maintain organized financial records.
Manage bookkeeping, GL maintenance, and financial tools.
Support audits by ensuring strong internal controls and risk mitigation.
Assist with working capital analysis, customer/vendor follow-ups, and cash flow improvement.
Proficient in Google Workspace and Microsoft Office, with advanced Excel skills.

What you'll need:

Master's in Commerce, MBA, or ACCA qualifications
3+ years of experience in finance, accounting, or a related field.
Minimum of 1 year of experience in a similar role for Singapore market (essential); experience in the UAE is a plus.
Strong financial reconciliation skills, including revenue accruals and expense tracking.
Experience in bookkeeping and maintaining general ledger (GL) records.
Knowledge of financial audits and internal control processes.
Proficiency in working capital analysis and cash flow management.
Hands-on experience with invoice processing, financial administration, and reconciliations.
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, formulas, data analysis).
Familiarity with Google Workspace (Sheets, Docs) and financial software/tools.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail.
Ability to collaborate with finance leadership to improve processes.
