VisaBridge-Europe is a dynamic immigration firm based in London, UK, licensed under direct immigration activities, providing expert services to individuals and businesses from our offices in UK and India . We specialize in navigating the complexities of immigration procedures, helping our clients achieve their personal and professional goals. We are seeking a target oriented results-driven and experienced female Senior Immigration Consultant to join our new expansion in GCC at Dubai. In this role, your core focus will be on driving sales, and exceeding targets and building client relationships, and offering tailored immigration solutions.

Key Responsibilities:



Identify and convert sales opportunities through consultation with prospective clients, offering them personalised immigration solutions. Provide in-depth immigration advice across a variety of programs, including visas, permanent residency, work permits, and citizenship. Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets by engaging with new leads, following up on inquiries, and nurturing relationships with potential clients. Conduct initial assessments of clients' immigration needs, recommending the most suitable options based on eligibility and requirements. Maintain and manage a portfolio of clients, ensuring excellent service delivery and ongoing support throughout the immigration process. Prepare and present detailed proposals and quotations to clients, ensuring they understand the services and costs involved. Stay updated on immigration policies and programs to confidently advise clients on the latest developments and opportunities. Collaborate with the immigration processing team to ensure smooth handover and client satisfaction during the application process. Track and report on sales activities, client feedback, and market trends to improve service delivery and drive business growth. Attend networking events and industry conferences to generate new business leads and enhance company visibility. Mentor and guide junior consultants and sales staff to improve team performance and achieve business objectives.

Qualifications:



Proven experience as an immigration consultant with minimum 1 year experience is mandatory. Demonstrated success in meeting and exceeding sales targets. Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills, flexible with the ability to build and maintain client relationships. Excellent communication and presentation skills, capable of conveying complex information clearly and persuasively. Self-motivated and results-oriented, with the ability to work independently as well as part of a team. High attention to detail and strong organisational skills. Ready to Join Immediately.
