Senior facilities officer Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates ,To work for fast growing facilities management and operations services company in Abu Dhabi Responsibilities: manages project development including project scope ,goals, and deliverables \xe2\x80\xa2 Recommend budget changes where necessary\xe2\x80\xa2 Able to work for multiple sites and manage 85 staff ( marble polishing team , rope access facade cleaning team, Maintenance team , cleaning team and AC duct cleaning team )with support of admin team ,Strong analytical skills to prioritize multiple tasks at same time.\xe2\x80\xa2 Estimates and oversees resources and participants needed to achieve project goals determines and assesses the need for additional staff,\xe2\x80\xa2 Assist with coordination of schedules \xe2\x80\xa2operations improvements \xe2\x80\xa2oversees project team members \xe2\x80\xa2 Helps manage or allocate staffing resources needed to complete the job Study and evaluate new maintenance procedures, techniques, and equipment for possible implementation; Conduct regular facility inspections and implement good practices to improve efficiencies and reduce operating costs. \xe2\x80\xa2 Business Development \xe2\x80\xa2 Establish and maintain effective business relationships with existing customers,ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction. \xe2\x80\xa2 Identify, research, and target new business opportunities \xe2\x80\xa2 Develop solid quality proposals that meet the requirements of the customers and establish the best possible chance of winning the contract ( commission will be paid for winning contracts )business implement and communicate improved processes, policies, and procedures on a continuous basis seeking out means to maximize efficiency and achieve a greater client satisfaction level \xe2\x80\xa2 Develop maintenance plans that meet the requirements of the facilities and clients adhering to global standards such as Oversee cleaning, maintenance, and repair operations across Operational and Corporate sites, including preventive maintenance, on-call, and repair services \xe2\x80\xa2 Ensure availability of materials, critical spares, uniforms, and other essential items ,Recommend budget changes where necessary.Ensure accurate invoicing and collection in the prescribed time \xe2\x80\xa2 Develop plans and suggestions to increase market share,Ensure all safety standards are adhered to, minimizing accident risk.
