We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Export Manager to lead and expand our export operations across MENA and African markets.
This role is strictly for senior professionals with proven experience in pharmaceuticals and dietary supplements export.
- Junior profiles or candidates without relevant export experience will not be considered.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and grow export sales in MENA & African markets
Lead high-level B2B negotiations with distributors, wholesalers, and pharmacy groups
Develop and execute export strategies, pricing, and commercial agreements
Build and manage long-term relationships with international partners
Oversee export documentation, logistics, and shipment coordination
Monitor market trends, competition, and regulatory requirements
Deliver and exceed assigned sales and export targets
Mandatory Requirements
Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in exporting pharmaceuticals or dietary supplements
Senior profile only (junior candidates will not be considered)
Bachelor's degree (minimum)
Fluency in English, Arabic, and Urdu (spoken & written)
Strong background in B2B export sales
Solid understanding of export processes, documentation, and logistics
Based in UAE or willing to relocate to Dubai
Preferred Qualifications
Existing distributor network in Africa and/or MENA
Experience in healthcare, pharma, or nutraceutical sectors
Ability to work independently and manage international markets
