Create and execute sales strategies to meet company goals and grow the customer base Collaborate with the sales team to identify target markets and potential clients Client Relationship Management
Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders Engage in regular communication with existing and potential clients to understand their needs and provide solutions Provide excellent customer service and ensure client satisfaction Lead Generation & Market Expansion
Identify and pursue new business opportunities, generate leads, and convert them into sales Analyse market trends, competitor actions, and customer preferences to spot growth opportunities Attend industry events, networking functions, and trade shows to generate new leads Meet monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets Monitor and analyze sales performance, providing regular reports to the Sales Manager or senior management Track KPIs and implement corrective actions as needed to ensure sales goals are met Negotiation & Deal Closure
Conduct sales meetings, presentations, and product demonstrations Lead negotiations and work to close high-value deals in alignment with company objectives Prepare and present proposals, quotations, and contracts to potential clients Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure consistent messaging and branding Provide training and support to junior sales executives and new team members Work closely with cross-functional teams (e.g., marketing, operations) to ensure smooth service delivery Office based job, requires working longer hours on computer Onsite role & responsibility based on the project requirement External meetings will be required to meet with clients/venders as per business and project needs Formal Education: BacheloraEUR(TM)s in business administration or related field Work Experience: 2 - 3 years experience in event planning and management Skills & Knowledge: Proficient in verbal and written communication in English Strong Client Relationship Management Skills Ability to Collaborate Effectively with internal teams Established industry network is a plus Knowledge and ability to use CRM system Professional Client Management related courses #J-18808-Ljbffr
