Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances or other issues.
Talent Management which includes recruitment, onboarding and exit process.
Plays a part in nurturing a positive working environment and culture.
Manage the administration of compensation and benefits system.
Manage timely and accurate monthly payroll.
Assist in participating in regional/ local remuneration surveys and conduct periodic benchmarking.
Assist in the administration of the HR policies, procedure and programs.
Assist in the monthly HR metrics for reporting purposes.
Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management and statutory requirements.
