Responsible for ensuring the monthly closure and accuracy of all accounting activities, including TB review (C2C, P2P, R2R), while assisting in financial planning, analysis, forecasting, and budgeting for E-commerce Supply Chain costs. Oversee VAT return reviews, prepare and analyze management dashboards, and assess weekly payment proposals while addressing related queries. Manage vendor payables, ensuring dashboard updates with ageing details and financial activities. Additionally, oversee statutory and tax audits for the E-commerce business, ensuring compliance and accuracy in financial reporting.
Responsibilities:

3. Review and ensure compliance in VAT returns for the E-commerce business.
4. Prepare and analyze relevant dashboards to support management decision-making.
5. Evaluate and approve weekly payment proposals while resolving payment-related queries.
6. Manage vendor payables, updating dashboards with ageing details and other financial activities.
7. Oversee statutory and tax audits for the E-commerce business, ensuring compliance and accuracy.
Qualifications:

• Bachelors Degree in Commerce
• Chartered Accountant

• Strong in Accounting / Digital Technologies
• Experience in Matrix organization
• Stakeholder Management Skills
• Interpersonal Communication skills
