Position Summary: The incumbent will be responsible for Accounts Receivable profile for company which is a listed entity of Al Hamra Group in UAE stock market.

Responsible for:
\xe2\x96\xaa\xef\xb8\x8fsale, Resale & Rental contract checking and activation
\xe2\x96\xaa\xef\xb8\x8fSecurity deposit & Modification deposit collection as per contract
\xe2\x96\xaa\xef\xb8\x8fReceipting of customer cash/credit card/ Bank transfer payments
\xe2\x96\xaa\xef\xb8\x8fThird party rental refund processing
\xe2\x96\xaa\xef\xb8\x8fPreparing customer Statement of account
\xe2\x96\xaa\xef\xb8\x8fAccounting of sales revenue & cost of sales booking
\xe2\x96\xaa\xef\xb8\x8fSupporting collection team by giving required details
\xe2\x96\xaa\xef\xb8\x8fPreparing accrued income and posting on monthly basis
\xe2\x96\xaa\xef\xb8\x8fPreparation of monthly AR schedules
\xe2\x96\xaa\xef\xb8\x8fPDC receipting and uploading
\xe2\x96\xaa\xef\xb8\x8fChannel partner commission verification & payment processing
\xe2\x96\xaa\xef\xb8\x8fEmployee commission payout calculation

Job Specification:
\xe2\x96\xaa\xef\xb8\x8fMaster in Finance / CMA
\xe2\x96\xaa\xef\xb8\x8fShould have 5 years of Accounts Receivable experience in UAE
\xe2\x96\xaa\xef\xb8\x8fReal Estate experience would be preferrable
\xe2\x96\xaa\xef\xb8\x8fSAP experience is preferrable
\xe2\x96\xaa\xef\xb8\x8fLanguages Know: Arabic (Mandatory) & English
\xe2\x96\xaa\xef\xb8\x8fComputer Skills: SAP, MS Office (Excel, PPT, Word etc.)
