This role is based in Dubai and involves connecting with all of the UAE offices. What you\xe2\x80\x99ll be doing: The Senior Manager of Performance Management & Rewards is responsible for leading the firm\xe2\x80\x99s initiatives in the areas of performance management, employee rewards and recognition, and compensation programs.
  • Connecting in inspirational ways across teams and offices and working to prioritize successful development of talent and an upgraded rewards structure.
  • Developing and implementing a robust performance management process that aligns individual and team goals with organizational objectives, fosters continuous feedback, and promotes a culture of performance excellence.
  • Managing the performance review cycle and career planning practices, including the implementation of new competency frameworks.
  • Partnering directly with managers across the organization to provide guidance on performance management, compensation, and rewards, ensuring consistent application of policies and practices.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor and coach to all colleagues and managers, supporting their professional growth and development, addressing any people-related concerns or issues.
  • Navigating and resolving employee relations matters, including conducting thorough investigations, in accordance with UAE labor law, when necessary.
  • Reinforcing the development of a coaching culture as a way of inspiring our people and our clients.
  • Reviewing and developing the compensation and benefits policies/programs in alignment with the strategy and budgets.
  • Analysing workforce metrics, performance data, and compensation trends to identify opportunities for improvement and make data-driven recommendations to senior leadership.
  • Stay current with industry best practices, emerging trends, and legal/regulatory changes related to performance management, compensation, and rewards, and implement appropriate changes as needed.
  • Supervising onboarding as well as other cyclical HR processes and administration.
  • Working to ensure meaningful communications and updates are relayed to the firm.
  • Collaborating with your colleagues to help execute the People & Culture strategy, share knowledge and best practices.
  • Promoting and support the firm\xe2\x80\x99s employer brand in all activities within the firm and externally.
  • Be a true business partner and work with our leadership teams to strategically impact our organization.
  • Working on other people related projects, as required and directed by the CEO, Service Line Leaders or People & Culture Director.
Who we\xe2\x80\x99re looking for:
  • You\xe2\x80\x99ll have experience of developing and running successful performance management and training initiatives.
  • You\xe2\x80\x99ll have experience working in a fast-paced atmosphere where a sense of urgency has been demonstrated.
  • You\xe2\x80\x99ll have knowledge of current HR theories and practices including HR administration, performance management, training and operations.
  • You\xe2\x80\x99ll have a proven track record of supporting daily HR operations for medium/ large organisations.
  • You\xe2\x80\x99ll have proven ability articulate a vision and influence stakeholders.
  • You\xe2\x80\x99ll be able to develop rapport with individuals across the firm, representing different perspectives, backgrounds and levels.
  • You\xe2\x80\x99ll have the ability to work independently and in a collaborative team.
  • You\xe2\x80\x99ll have excellent communication skills, including verbal, written and presentation skills.
  • You\xe2\x80\x99ll have a track record of maintaining strictly confidential data.
  • You\xe2\x80\x99ll be able to apply solid judgment and effective interpersonal and facilitation skills.
  • You\xe2\x80\x99ll have the ability to meet multiple deadlines through strong organizational skills.
  • You\xe2\x80\x99ll have excellent Microsoft Office skills including Outlook, Word, PowerPoint and Excel.
  • You\xe2\x80\x99ll ideally have experience working in a professional services environment.
  • You\xe2\x80\x99ll have a minimum 7 years\xe2\x80\x99 experience in a Human Resource role.
  • You\xe2\x80\x99ll have a degree from an accredited university; HR-related education will be an asset.
