Key Responsibilities:
1. Receive, inspect and process the documents submitted by the customers to ensure that all documents are in complete as per the standard requirements for processing the transactions.

• Related to registration and deregistration

2. Assist the Head of Section in reviewing and validating the documents of the customers to ensure that all documents are complete and valid to complete the processing of the transaction.
3. Prepares lease agreement between Parks and Zone and the company and ensure all information are completed by both parties.
4. Prepare and calculate packages for customer payments, Raise invoices to be submitted to finance for payment of Transactions and dues. and Coordinate with internal department for any outstanding payments
5. Answers to escalated inquiries for questions / clarifications / follows up raised by the customers, external or internal sections that requires more in depth information.
6. Enters company's data as per the information from the submitted documents into the system to ensure the records are up to date, also process and Monitor the day to day and online requests, to ensure that all transactions are timely accomplished.
7. Liaise with government entities to seek for approvals on regulatory requirements.
8. Liaise internally and externally with related entities and sections to provide the services as per the customer requirements with accordance to business unit procedures.
9. Meets with prospects and provides them with necessary information related to registration charges, license issuance procedures, bank deposit of share capital procedures and other information related to registration of their companies.
10. Facility allocation in the system. (GIS)
11. Preparing all transaction reports. (licensing and leasing)
12. Respond to/advise on escalating Jafza sales, customer service, and direct customer demands.
13. Initial review of legal documents; if necessary, escalate to Legal department. (MOA, POA, etc )
14. Following up on/assisting with/visiting released facility from legal and delegating responsibility to third-party service provider for further support and maintenance.
