is seeking a highly experienced and results-driven

Senior Event Business Development Manager

to lead and expand our portfolio of high-profile government and corporate events across the UAE.

This role is ideal for a strategic leader with deep industry knowledge, strong technical expertise, and a proven track record managing large-scale activations for entities such as Sharjah Police, ministries, and national exhibitions.

Key Responsibilities

Drive business development for government, semi-government, and elite corporate clients, focusing on high-profile event opportunities Lead end-to-end planning and execution of events including ceremonies, exhibitions, activations, and public sector engagements Oversee technical production: lighting, sound systems, LED screens, rigging, and staging Manage and mentor a multidisciplinary team of project managers, technicians, and production crew Develop customized proposals, pitch decks, and tender submissions aligned with client protocols and expectations Maintain strong relationships with UAE government departments, law enforcement agencies, and strategic partners Ensure compliance with safety, security, and operational standards across all event phases Monitor market trends and identify new business opportunities in the public and private sectors
Candidate Profile

Minimum 10 years of experience in event management and business development, with a focus on government and high-profile projects Strong technical knowledge of event production systems: lighting, sound, LED walls, AV integration Proven leadership in managing complex, multi-stakeholder events with strict timelines and protocols Excellent communication, negotiation, and client-facing skills Fluent in English; Arabic is a strong advantage

Must possess a valid UAE driver's license and have access to a personal vehicle

Willing to travel across Sharjah, Dubai, and other Emirates as required
