Job Overview

We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented

Senior Estimator

to join our team in the signage and outdoor media advertising industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing accurate and competitive project estimates for various signage solutions, including retail signs, outdoor billboards, and digital displays. This role requires strong technical knowledge, market awareness, and coordination with internal teams to ensure cost-effective project execution and client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

Prepare accurate cost estimates for signage projects based on design, size, materials, and installation requirements. Liaise with clients to understand project requirements and recommend appropriate signage solutions. Coordinate with design, production, and installation teams to ensure accurate and timely cost submissions. Conduct market research to stay informed on materials, pricing trends, and new technologies. Prepare detailed quotations and proposals, including labor, materials, installation, and other related costs. Identify cost optimization opportunities without compromising on quality or timelines. Ensure all estimates comply with UAE signage regulations and standards.

Requirements

Proven experience as a Signage Estimator or in a similar role within the signage, construction, or design industry. Strong knowledge of signage materials, fabrication methods, and installation techniques. Excellent communication and negotiation skills. Proficiency in estimating software; knowledge of AutoCAD and Adobe Suite is a plus. Familiarity with UAE local signage regulations. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
