About the Opportunity:
At Jacobs, we push the limits of what\xe2\x80\x99s possible to make the world smarter and more connected. We are playing a key role on one of the most iconic giga projects in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, arguably one of the largest projects in the world. Jacobs is looking for a Senior Estimating Manager to be based in Dubai. The selected individual will be a primary member of the estimating team who has overall responsibility for the creation of estimates and budgets. Responsibilities include:

• Conceptual estimating, cost analysis and estimate coordination
• Review of and development of discipline and multidiscipline material takeoffs, evaluation and/or development of construction labor rates
• Evaluation of subcontract cost estimates and proposals
• Review and approve payment certificates for direct hire consultants
• Prepares instructions to bidders, bid form and other bid solicitation information as required
• Compare scope, quantities and cost data between projects

Here\xe2\x80\x99s What You\xe2\x80\x99ll Need:

• Be degree educated, ideally in Engineering, Quantity Surveying or Architecture
• Proven ability to breakdown construction operations into logical sequences
• Proven experience working within a Senior Estimating role
• Minimum of 10 years experience
