Job Description

Responsibilities include
Lead end-to-end development of way-finding strategies and signage systems for large-scale residential, hospitality, mixed-use, and public space projects.
Develop master way-finding frameworks, zoning logic, sign family hierarchies, and graphic design systems.
Ensure all design intent aligns with project objectives, brand guidelines, and architectural vision.
Produce high-quality concept presentations, detailed design packages, and technical specifications.
Review and approve all design deliverables produced by junior staff.
Manage the full lifecycle of signage and way-finding projects from conceptualization to installation.
Coordinate with architects, interior designers, MEP engineers, branding teams, and contractors.
Prepare tender documentation, BOQs, and evaluate vendor submissions.
Oversee vendor fabrication drawings, mockups, material samples, and ensure compliance with approved designs.
Conduct site inspections to monitor fabrication, installation quality, and adherence to standards.
Lead creative brainstorming and ideation sessions.
Provide expert input on best practices, standards, materials, lighting integration, and accessibility.
Contribute to innovation in workflows through advanced tools, including AI-driven design processes.
Develop internal guidelines and templates to streamline way-finding design outputs.
Supervise and mentor Junior Engineers and Designers.
Provide technical training on design standards, materials, and documentation.
Support performance evaluation and skills development of team members.
Here's what you'll need
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture, Graphic Design or any related fields
Should have at least 8 years of total experience
Familiarity with AI tools like Prome AI, Stable Diffusion, Runway, MidJourney, or DALL-E is a strong advantage.
Demonstrated ability to integrate AI driven workflows into graphic or 3D design processes
Ability to think outside the box and develop innovative solutions to complex design challenges.
Should have experience using Photoshop (advanced retouching, compositing, and color correction), Illustrator (vector design and illustrations), InDesign (print layouts and digital publications), After Effects (motion graphics and animation
