The role is responsible to develop & implement a timeline for the team under his supervision and provide direction, instructions, and guidance to the team to achieve the target work execution by assigning specific tasks to the members of the team.

• Monitor specific work execution related to AMC, projects & fit-out works to the team members under him on day-to-day basis at site.
• Communicate clear instructions to team members, listen to team members\' feedback & monitor team members\' participation to ensure their efficient performance.
• Coordinate and visit the site on daily basis for subcontract arrangement for fit-out (medium & large) works and ensure the completion of work in a timely manner
• Attend meetings with client / site engineers for service coordination and better relation on daily basis.
• Conduct pre-inspection on site for DCD Final inspection to ensure that all systems are in health condition.
• Manage the flow of day-to-day operations by analyzing invoices for materials, site condition, site coordination, access availability etc
• Ensure timely completion of work at site and submission of reports to document controller after obtaining acknowledgement from the client
• Prepare schedules for 24 X 7 emergency team to address the call out issues.
• Assist the team engineers and ensure their performance is of a high standard and complete the job within the assigned timeframe
• Organizing essential works on holidays and monitoring attendance and time management for the service fleet and submit overtime statement,if any, in a timely manner.
• Carrying out performance reviews and provides necessary feedback to the Service Section head
• Continually improve the work efficiency of the company by following the established systems & processes and working in tandem with them in a timely manner to maximize company\xe2\x80\x99s profit.
• To work as a \xe2\x80\x9cfunctional site safety officer\xe2\x80\x9d and ensure compliance with site safety requirements
• Perform any other job-related tasks as may be assigned by the management from time to time
• Engineer needs to create Contract, quotation submission and needs to monitor the work progress
• Monitor service coordinator.
• Achieve the desired Revenue target.

\xe2\x96\xaa Must have a good understanding of and experience with business operations in the Facilities management and/or cleaning industry.
\xe2\x96\xaa Good communication skills, team management skill and the ability to work independently are allessential to this role.

\xe2\x96\xaa Enough knowledge in fire protection system as per Civil Defence guidelines Having UAE Driving license
