Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior road Engineer to join our dynamic team in Al Ain, United Arab Emirates. As a Senior road Engineer, you will play a crucial role in overseeing various infrastructure projects, ensuring they meet the highest standards of quality, safety, and efficiency.

Manage and supervise civil engineering projects from conception to completion Review and approve technical submittals, including drawings, calculations, and material specifications Conduct site inspections to ensure compliance with project specifications and local regulations Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including architects, contractors, and other stakeholders Analyze survey data and engineering submittals to identify and resolve potential issues Develop and implement quality control measures to maintain project standards Prepare detailed reports on project progress, challenges, and solutions Ensure adherence to safety protocols and environmental regulations Participate in project meetings and provide expert technical advice Mentor junior engineers and contribute to the professional development of the team Stay updated on industry trends, technologies, and best practices in civil engineering

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field; Master's degree preferred Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in construction supervision and management Proven track record in managing large-scale infrastructure projects Strong technical knowledge in civil engineering principles and practices Proficiency in reviewing and interpreting technical drawings, specifications, and contract documents Experience with CAD software and project management tools Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills Strong leadership abilities with experience in team management In-depth knowledge of quality management systems and international construction standards Familiarity with local construction regulations and practices in Dubai Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills Detail-oriented with excellent organizational abilities Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, multicultural environment Willingness to adapt to changing project requirements and deadlines.
