Review, analyze, and support the execution of small works projects and engineering modifications to ensure construction, commissioning, and handover align with set objectives. Coordinate and support interfaces and construction activities for small works projects and engineering modifications, ensuring compliance with scope, specifications, HSE, and quality standards. Key Accountabilities

Sites Support

Serve as the interface between the company, ADNOC Group, and external entities to meet project objectives. Identify project interfaces and gaps in documentation to ensure completeness and alignment with company requirements. Review technical details submitted by ADNOC Group and external entities, ensuring adherence to procedures before further review. Identify conflicts and overlaps with other projects, taking proactive measures to resolve them. Review project specifications and schedules, resolving discrepancies to ensure business continuity. Participate in HAZOP, risk review meetings, and workshops, following up on recommendations. Support the handover of technical documentation, spare parts, and training between project teams and end users. Supervision

Plan and supervise activities within the assigned area. Train and develop staff to enhance proficiency and achieve objectives. Budgets

Assist in preparing budgets and monitor performance against plans. Highlight variances to support cost control. Qualifications, Experience, Knowledge & Skills

Bachelor's Degree in Engineering. Minimum of 8 years in Project Management within Oil and Gas. Strong knowledge of site construction activities. Experience in Project Management and relevant legislation. Understanding of HSE principles applicable to Oil & Gas. Excellent communication skills. Proficiency with IT applications relevant to the role. Professional Certifications

Project Management certification (e.g., PMP) preferred. Additional Details
