Review, analyze, and support the execution of small works projects and engineering modifications to ensure construction, commissioning, and handover align with set objectives. Coordinate and support interfaces and construction of small works projects and engineering modifications according to the approved scope, company specifications, and compliance with HSE and quality standards. Key Accountabilities

Sites Support

Provide interface support among the company, ADNOC Group companies, and external entities to meet project goals. Identify project interfaces and gaps in documentation to ensure completeness and alignment with technical and operational requirements. Review technical submissions from ADNOC Group companies and external entities for compliance and quality. Identify and resolve project conflicts and overlaps to ensure smooth progress. Review specifications and schedules, coordinate resolutions for discrepancies and overlaps. Participate in HAZOP, risk reviews, and SIMOPS workshops, and follow up on recommendations. Support the handover process of technical documentation, spare parts, and training. Supervision

Plan and supervise activities within the assigned area. Train and develop staff to enhance skills and performance. Budgets

Assist in budget preparation and implementation. Highlight variances to support performance and cost control. Qualifications, Experience, Knowledge & Skills

Bachelor Degree in Engineering. Minimum 8 years of project management experience in the oil and gas sector. Strong knowledge of site construction activities. Experience in project management and applicable regulations. Understanding of HSE principles relevant to oil & gas industry. Excellent communication skills. Proficiency with relevant IT applications. Professional Certifications

Professional qualification in Project Management (e.g., PMP) preferred. #J-18808-Ljbffr
