Senior Engineer, Process Improvement (Utilities - PAT-PQ) Join or sign in to find your next job Join to apply for the Senior Engineer, Process Improvement (Utilities - PAT-PQ) role at ADNOC Group About The Job Support implementation of cost-effective improvement programs to close gaps and provide assurance across all Plant & Pipeline assets on production-related quality and quantity by establishing standards, evaluating gaps, supporting initiatives, and a company-wide Centre of Excellence for Production. Key Accountabilities Develop and implement Process Improvement strategies to enhance Production. Analyze Operations data to identify areas for improvement and cost reduction, including production data (quality & quantity, shortfalls), planning, and operation steering. Conduct process simulations and modeling to identify bottlenecks and inefficiencies. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for improvement and innovation. Provide technical support and guidance to Production and Operations teams. Develop, maintain, and update the Process Improvement toolkit to ensure consistency. Provide expert services related to optimum production and operational requirements as the companyaEUR(TM)s technical authority in process improvement. Support standardization of improvement design work, including specifications and philosophies. Support or conduct the implementation of production quality & quantity management activities. Assess the feasibility and economic interest of modifications and process improvements at ADNOC facilities. Evaluate the impact of new feed gas sources on ADNOC assets, products, quality, and performance. Performance Monitoring & Reporting Evaluate the effectiveness of existing production quality & quantity and operation steering systems, recommending improvements throughout the asset lifecycle. Contribute to establishing accurate production measurement processes to support management decisions. Community and Networks Support the establishment of effective internal stakeholder networks and governance. Coordinate with subject matter experts for advice, support, and training, acting as an interface between sites. Support category management activities by developing business cases, screening alternatives, and planning work execution. Qualifications, Experience, Knowledge & Skills Bachelor Degree in Chemical or Oil & Gas Process Engineering. Minimum 6 years of Process Engineering experience. At least 3 years of experience within an ADNOC Site Operations entity. Thorough knowledge of gas extraction and processing plant operations and production engineering principles. Strong experience with process simulations and workplace applications. Understanding of ADNOC Gas Production flow schemes, production planning, and operation steering. Knowledge of production performance monitoring systems. Familiarity with asset management, OPEX, CAPEX, and the oil & gas market and economic context. Experience with budget, schedule, risk analysis, and ERP systems (preferably SAP). Full knowledge of HSE in a plant environment.
