Job Description

Lead interface coordination between internal disciplines, external contractors, and third-party stakeholders.
Manage and track NOC applications, submissions, and approvals in accordance with project requirements.
Review and validate technical documents to ensure alignment across all stakeholders.
Prepare and maintain the Interface Management Plan and Interface Register.
Act as the focal point of contact for interface-related issues on assigned projects.
Coordinate and attend interface meetings, preparing minutes and follow-up actions.
Ensure compliance with technical guidelines and HSE standards.
Identify and mitigate potential interface risks early in the project lifecycle.
Support project planning, schedule integration, and milestone tracking related to interfaces.
Qualifications & Experience:
Bachelor's degree in engineering (Mechanical, Civil, or relevant discipline).
Minimum 15 years of experience in the oil & gas industry, including significant exposure to major projects.
Extensive experience in Interface and NOC management on ADNOC projects is mandatory.
Strong understanding of interface and NOC management processes.
Excellent communication, coordination, and stakeholder management skills.
Familiarity with project management tools and interface tracking systems.
