Job Description

Perform complex electrical engineering tasks, including system design, calculations, and testing, with minimal supervision. Lead BIM modeling and digital delivery initiatives, utilizing advanced tools like Revit, Revizto, and ACC for system optimization and multidisciplinary coordination. Manage projects according to agreed-upon budgets and schedules, ensuring design brief compliance, completeness, and accuracy. Drive innovation through computational engineering, advanced simulations, and adoption of programming languages for design automation and data analysis. Provide guidance and mentorship to entry-level engineers, fostering their professional development. Identify and resolve technical discrepancies, proposing solutions using modified standard procedures or developing new methods as needed. Develop and implement electrical system specifications, standards, and design criteria for large-scale projects. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of electrical systems with other building components. Conduct energy modeling and analysis to optimize building performance and achieve sustainability goals. Oversee the preparation of detailed cost estimates, project proposals, and technical reports. Ensure compliance with relevant codes, standards, and regulations in electrical system designs. Participate in client meetings and presentations to communicate design concepts and technical solutions effectively. Stay current with emerging technologies and industry trends, incorporating innovative solutions into project designs. Contribute to the development of company-wide best practices and standard operating procedures for electrical engineering. Coordinate with contractors and vendors to resolve field issues and ensure proper implementation of electrical designs.
