Tasks
The Senior Engine Mechanic is responsible for:

• Maintain, service and repair of engines (professionally and on time) within the scope of thequal. / auth. provided for this purpose (hands-on mechanical tasks) in shop as well as on wingand on-site
• Read and interpret equipment manuals and work orders to perform required duties
• Diagnoses problems, replace or repair parts, test and make adjustments
• Detects errors and correct through proper departmental changes
• Complies with all company policies and procedures and safety requirements
• * All other duties as assigned or required

Requirements
The ideal Senior Engine Mechanic should meet the following requirements:

• High school diploma or GED required
• Completion of college degree or vocational training required
• Bachelor's degree is preferred
• Minimum of 3 years of experience as an aircraft jet engine mechanic required

• Fluency in English is essential
• Familiarity with CFM56-7B and LEAP-1B engines is highly desirable
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Committed to delivering high-quality work and maintaining safety standards
• Highly productivity-driven, with a focus on efficiency and performance
• Demonstrates flexibility and adaptability in dynamic work environments
• Reliable and dependable, with a strong sense of responsibility
• Professional judgment and decision-making skills
• Effective team player with excellent collaboration skills
• Willingness to travel as required by operational needs
• Open to shift work and available for overtime when necessary
• Able to work under pressure and manage tight deadlines
• Resilient in high-stress situations and able to stay focused
