Tasks The Senior Engine Mechanic is responsible for:
Maintain, service and repair of engines (professionally and on time) within the scope of thequal. / auth. provided for this purpose (hands-on mechanical tasks) in shop as well as on wingand on-site
Read and interpret equipment manuals and work orders to perform required duties
Diagnoses problems, replace or repair parts, test and make adjustments
Detects errors and correct through proper departmental changes
Complies with all company policies and procedures and safety requirements
* All other duties as assigned or required

High school diploma or GED required
Completion of college degree or vocational training required
Bachelor's degree is preferred
Minimum of 3 years of experience as an aircraft jet engine mechanic required
Fluency in English is essential
Familiarity with CFM56-7B and LEAP-1B engines is highly desirable
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Committed to delivering high-quality work and maintaining safety standards
Highly productivity-driven, with a focus on efficiency and performance
Demonstrates flexibility and adaptability in dynamic work environments
Reliable and dependable, with a strong sense of responsibility
Professional judgment and decision-making skills
Effective team player with excellent collaboration skills
Willingness to travel as required by operational needs
Open to shift work and available for overtime when necessary
Able to work under pressure and manage tight deadlines
