Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and experienced

Diesel Engine Mechanic

to join our team. The ideal candidate should have 3 to 4 years of hands-on experience in maintaining, diagnosing, and repairing diesel engines used in commercial vehicles, heavy equipment, and generators. The mechanic will be responsible for ensuring engine performance, conducting routine maintenance, and addressing mechanical issues to minimize downtime.

Key Responsibilities:

Diagnose and repair mechanical issues in diesel engines and related systems Perform routine maintenance including oil changes, filter replacements, and fluid level checks Inspect engine components and systems for wear or damage Conduct performance tests and engine diagnostics using specialized tools and equipment Interpret technical manuals, drawings, and schematics Maintain accurate records of maintenance and repairs Ensure safety standards and regulations are followed in all maintenance tasks Communicate effectively with supervisors and other team members regarding repair needs and timelines

Requirements:

Minimum 3 to 4 years of relevant experience as a Diesel Mechanic Strong understanding of diesel engines, fuel systems, and electrical components Ability to read and interpret technical documents and service manuals Hands-on experience with diagnostic and repair tools Attention to detail and problem-solving skills Physically fit and capable of working in a demanding environment Basic understanding of health and safety regulations A relevant technical diploma or certificate is preferred
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED5,000.00 per month
