Interact with consultants and contractors and make good rapport to get support in selecting company solutions for their projects, organize and conduct seminars to promote the company's products, liaise with consultants, and make sure that company products are included in the vendor's list of each project, meet targets set by the company time to time, prepare and submit all internal reports as required and follow up the status regularly.
Proactively develop and create customer relationships in your area of responsibility
Ensures customer satisfaction and solves complaints with the rest of the PIEC team
Document and maintain the customer and contact information in PIEC CRM System.
Accountable for leads, opportunities, orders and contracts to meet the sales target/ budget in line with pricing targets including proactively generating opportunities from outside the current customer base
Accountable for finding customer needs and proposing solution matching with those needs
Responsible for pricing using the approved tendering/pricing tools
Validate that the contents of the contract and the order received from the customer are in line with the final offer and negotiation process outcome
Maintain full information of tenders, opportunities, tasks and visits, while keeping PIEC CRM up to date
Generates opportunities from outside current customer base
Responsible for timely and accurate reporting in CRM
Weekly/Monthly reporting and forecasting
Estimating, tendering and quoting small and large project submissions and actively following up
Develops PIEC service business market share, renewal rate, and position in your customer base and increase the 3rd party base as per target
Understand customer needs and requirements to capitalize on all lead opportunities, orders and contracts.
