Job Description

Identify and pursue new sales opportunities in the construction and real estate sectors.

Prepare technical and commercial elevator proposals tailored to client needs.

Build and maintain strong relationships with consultants, contractors, and developers.

Negotiate contracts and close sales in line with monthly and annual targets.

Coordinate with engineering and installation teams to ensure project success.

Maintain updated knowledge of elevator systems, codes, and supplier offerings.

? Requirements:

Minimum 3-5 years of experience in elevator sales (UAE/GCC experience preferred).

Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.

Strong technical understanding of elevator systems (traction, MRL, hydraulic, etc.).

Proven track record in achieving and exceeding sales targets.

Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

UAE driving license is a plus.
