Job Description
- To work as per job Instructions given by his superior - Foreman / Supervisor
- To apply acquired skills to the best of his abilities
- To work with personal safety & the safety of others. Safety being the 1st priority
- As a team member, to assist Shift and general shift maintenance activities.
- Team member in carrying out the planned jobs inside the plant as and when required
- Attend any Electrical Related Breakdown, prompt trouble shooting in Electrical system
- Repair maintenance of Air Conditioner in mobile equipment’s
- Condition monitoring as per check list and inform Foreman on abnormality
- Regular checking and repairing of Equipment’s monitoring Gauges.
- To understand and follow the organizational HS&E policies.
- To follow safety instructions related to their jobs.
- To report damaged PPE, unsafe machines or equipment to concerned staff.
- To keep the provided PPEs in good, workable conditions.
- To avoid any horseplay and abuse of safety devices, equipment and welfare facilities.
- To report any accidents, near misses or hazardous conditions to concerned responsible.
- To attend safety trainings planned for them.
- Having a right to say "NO" to any unsafe work.
- To observe the equipment in the area of maintenance, report and take corrective actions in communication with superior.
- Also responsible to support/help for other mechanical jobs.
- Miscellaneous Jobs, Housekeeping / Cleaning as per shift requirement. Experience on all type of Heavy Mobile Equipment’s Service, maintenance & repairing jobs (Electrical system & Automation)
Comprehensive knowledge and understanding of Heavy mobile Equipment’s Servicing & maintenance Technical school or EQUIVALENT ITI
