Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Electrical Engineer to join our team on the construction supervision of luxury villas for a bespoke project in Dubai. You will be responsible for overseeing and managing all electrical engineering aspects of the project, ensuring that they meet the highest standards of quality and safety. Your expertise will play a crucial role in the successful execution of projects from inception to completion, working closely with architects, contractors, and other stakeholders.
Responsibilities: * Lead the electrical design and engineering efforts for villa projects, ensuring compliance with local codes and regulations.

• Conduct site inspections and supervise electrical installations to ensure adherence to engineering specifications and quality standards.
• Collaborate with project managers, architects, and contractors to develop project timelines and budgets, ensuring timely delivery.
• Review and approve electrical drawings, specifications, and submittals, providing technical guidance as needed.
• Identify and troubleshoot electrical issues during construction, proposing effective solutions to maintain project schedules.
• Mentor and guide junior engineers and technicians, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
• Prepare and present technical reports and project updates to stakeholders, ensuring transparent communication throughout the project lifecycle.
• Stay updated with the latest industry trends, technologies, and best practices in electrical engineering and construction supervision.
• Manage procurement processes for electrical materials and equipment, ensuring cost-effectiveness and quality.
• Ensure that all safety protocols are followed on-site, promoting a safe working environment for all personnel.

Preferred Candidate: * Over 12 years proven experience as a Senior Electrical Engineer in high-end Dubai residential projects

• Strong knowledge of electrical systems design, installation, and maintenance, with a focus on residential properties.
• Excellent leadership and project management skills, with the ability to drive teams towards successful project delivery.
• Exceptional problem-solving abilities, with a keen attention to detail and a proactive approach.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, capable of effectively collaborating with diverse teams and stakeholders.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring deadlines are met.
• Proficiency in relevant engineering software and tools, as well as Microsoft Office Suite.
• A degree in Electrical Engineering
• Fluency in English
