Senior Electrical Engineer Mep Noc Authorities Engineer
Job Description
1. Preparing electrical space planning & concept electrical design for design projects (Buildings & Villas).
2. Guiding the design teams toward preparing the authority submissions procedures for the AOR projects (Architect of Record)
3. Preparing submission applications and uploading the submission sets (Documents/drawings) for the following MEP authorities after receiving the sets from the design team.
DCD
DEWA water & electrical
Telecommunication (Etisalat & DU)
4. Handling discussion meetings with the different authorities and coordinating/sharing the outcomes/feedback of the meetings with the design team in case there are any authority comments that needs discussions.
5. Follow-up on submissions and approvals related to RTA & DCD (Civil Defense).
6. Site Supervision of electrical works on ongoing projects.
The candidate shall have strong knowledge with the MEP authorities requirements.
