We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Electrical Engineer for site supervision project in Kuwait.


This role offers an exciting opportunity to lead and oversee electrical engineering projects in a dynamic and growing market.

Lead and supervise electrical engineering teams on construction sites, ensuring project goals are met efficiently and effectively Develop and implement electrical design strategies in accordance with local and international standards Conduct regular site inspections to ensure compliance with design specifications, safety regulations, and quality standards Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including architects, structural engineers, and other stakeholders Analyze and resolve complex electrical engineering issues on-site Prepare and review technical reports, design documents, and project presentations Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure successful project delivery Implement and maintain quality control processes throughout the project lifecycle Stay updated on industry trends, technological advancements, and local regulations in electrical engineering Mentor and develop junior engineers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement Ensure adherence to health and safety standards on all project sites

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering 15 years of professional experience including a minimum of 2 years as senior electrical engineer with a focus on site supervision Valid membership with the Kuwait Society Engineers (KSE) Proven track record in managing large-scale electrical engineering projects In-depth knowledge of local and international design standards Proficiency in industry-standard software, including AutoCAD, REVIT, Navisworks, and MS Office suite Familiarity with sustainable design practices and energy-efficient solutions Experience with local building codes and regulations in Kuwait Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills Strong leadership abilities and experience in team management Outstanding written and verbal communication skills * Ability to work effectively in a multicultural environment
