Job Description

The E-Commerce Executive grows the e-commerce business by improving the customer experience, executing customer order fulfilment and maintaining the digital platform. He/She conducts data analysis to generate data-driven market insights and manages relationships with business partners. He/She works in a fast-paced digital environment. He/She ensures smooth operation in the e-commerce business. He/She must be collaborative and results-oriented. He/She must be technology-savvy and able to operate well under pressure. Purpose of Role:

  • Work closely with the Ecommerce Manager to plan, build and execute the brand Ecommerce strategy.
  • Promoting and embodying the brand identity and ensuring trading decisions align to this identity.
  • Ensuring all key trading moments are well planned and executed, with clearly phased targets by day and channel, that have been collaboratively produced with central functions.
  • Deliver best in class customer experience partnering closely with brand and editorial teams to brief and build engaging product pages that provide the customer with relevant information, advice and conversion opportunity.
  • Support wider projects to create an immersive exposure onsite that support both education, brand identity and conversion.
  • Regular reporting and optimisations of the sites overall performance in terms of KPIs: Revenue, Conversion and Average Order Value. Regular reporting on performance of offers, homepages, landing pages and feeding in actions to improve overall performance to the Ecommerce Manager.
  • Working with marketing teams to support in both the planning and execution of onsite campaigns and events; creating a seamless customer journey.
  • Working closely with Marketing, Buying and the Ecommerce Manager to influence the development/testing roadmap
  • Working collaboratively with the digital marketing team to identify new and innovative ways to drive traffic to the site as well as developing and improving traffic from existing channels.
  • Managing and supporting our eCommerce Visual Merchandiser in daily tasks to ensure business priorities are met
Responsibilities:
  • Identifying new and innovative ways to drive traffic to the site as well as developing and improving traffic from existing channels.
  • Monitoring key site metrics including GP, Conversion Rate, Bounce Rate, AOV, Exit Rates, Traffic (new and returning) etc.
  • Using analytics to gain a strong understanding of the customer journey to optimise sales, measure performance & define strategy
  • Deliver on targets and budgets through campaign activations to ensure KPI's are achieved.
  • Ensuring the website is kept up-to-date with; correct offers, correct gift offers, updated banners, new in products/brands, regularly updated category pages.
  • Monitoring conversion of key landing pages to improve where necessary.
  • Organising launch dates, site navigation amendments, design outputs & reporting mechanisms for upcoming projects and development implementations.
Job Type: Full-time Ability to commute/relocate:
  • Dubai: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
Experience:
  • As Ecommerce executive: 4 years (Preferred)
