Join HALCON as a Senior Draughtsman - Mechanical (Harness)

HALCON is seeking a skilled and experienced Senior Draughtsman - Mechanical to support the development of high-performance defense products. This role is ideal for professionals with a strong background in harness design, mechanical detailing, and production tooling.
Key Responsibilities:
Maintain mechanical data packs for various HALCON products
Support engineering teams with modeling, detailing, and harnessing of subcomponents
Design production tools, jigs, and support equipment for manufacturing and testing
Create harness layouts and data packs using Creo/SolidWorks
Mentor junior draughtsmen in harnessing techniques and standards
Requirements:
Minimum 10 years of experience in the engineering industry
Relevant qualification: Degree, Diploma, or Technical Certificate in Mechanical or Electronic disciplines
Strong knowledge of mechanical designs, structures, and manufacturing processes
Proficiency in manufacturing drawings, assembly standards, and data pack generation
Advanced competency in mechanical knowledge and drawing tools
