Prepares Shop-drawings needed in the construction of the project to be submitted to the client for approval.
Prepares NOC drawings to be submitted to DM for approval.
Prepares As-Built drawings as per the Redline Drawing comments for Roads and Infrastructures and MEP drawings.
Complying with requirements with the Dubai Municipality and DEWA standards.
Prepares Shop-drawings needed in the construction of the project to be submitted to the consultant for approval.
Assisting the Planner and Quantity Surveyor from time to time, which are related to the drafting works.
Supervise, assign & monitor jobs for team members and ensure drawings are as per company/client standard
Ensure drawings are placed in respective directories
Coordinate with consultants for proposed re-routing and other drawing issue
Preparing of As-Built Drawings for submitting to respective government authorities
Preparation of all Structural & Architectural drawings & schedules.
Responsible to coordinate and submitting if for approval.
