We are recruiting an Arabic-speaking senior accountant to join their Dubai team.
The role is responsible for the day-to-day accounting and project finance for all interior fit out projects.

The role is responsible for the day-to-day accounting and project finance for all interior fit out projects.
Role Summary
- Financial reporting and analysis- prepare accurate and timely financial statements, reports and forecasts.
- Financial accounting - monthly and annual closings; reconcile accounts payable and receivables; ensure timely bank payments; prepare VAT returns; compile balance sheets and P&L statements.
- Manage budgets and report on variance vs actuals.
- Compliance \xe2\x80\x93 ensure compliance with all UAE corporate tax and VAT regulations.
- Cash management \xe2\x80\x93 manage cash flow to optimize liquidity.
- Payroll \xe2\x80\x93 prepare payroll and process through WPS.
- Manage bank relationships.
- Internal financial controls \xe2\x80\x93 establish financial controls and ensure and ensure all procurement and finance procedures are adhered to.
- 7 \xe2\x80\x93 10 years\xe2\x80\x99 accounting and finance experience; minimum 3 years\xe2\x80\x99 UAE accounting and finance experience in the construction, architecture or interior fit out industry.
- Experience of project finance is a strong advantage.
- Deep expertise in financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting and UAE tax / VAT regulations.
- UAE driving license is mandatory.
- Bachelor\'s degree in Accounting or Finance
- Currently living in the United Arab Emirates \xe2\x80\x93 must be able to live and work in Dubai.
- Fluent in English and Arabic.
- Excellent interpersonal, presentation and communication skills.
