Senior Document Controller
Abu Dhabi, UAE
What You'll Be Doing:
You will perform a variety of document control functions for a project or department.
Plans, organizes, and implements systems for efficient document processing of all communications, supplier documents, design documents, construction documents or other internal or external documents.
Coordinates the flow of documents between project operations, engineering disciplines, construction team, or other department groups. Incumbent is typically responsible for a small to medium-sized project.
Be working on the processes of document control and also the use of electronic systems used to manage documentation.
Implements document/data management solutions with a primary focus on document control and records management. Administers data/document management applications.
What Required Skills You'll Bring:
A Bachelors degree or diploma in any field
Minimum 8 years experience as a document controller
Excellent communication skills
Proficiency in MS Office with expertise in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint and Excel. Assignments will require a working knowledge of Electronic Document Management Systems (Aconex). Good written and oral communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills, as well as a demonstrated ability to interact effectively with project personnel and management.
