Black & Grey HR is currently recruiting on behalf of a leading developer in Abu Dhabi, UAE. Our client is seeking a highly skilled Senior Document Controller to join their team. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for Ensuring accuracy, confidentiality, and compliance while maintaining a streamlined filing system.

Responsibilities:

- ACONEX and Oracle Suite Proficiency: Demonstrate a strong understanding and proficiency in utilizing the ACONEX Document Management System, with an additional advantage of good working knowledge in the Oracle Suite.

- Project Document Management: Manage and oversee all documents within the Project Management tools, including documents, emails, and workflows, ensuring accuracy, proper creation, signing, storage, and backup.

- Document Control Queries: Address and clarify document control queries from Project Management Consultants, project team members, and contractors in a timely and effective manner.

- Database Integration and Retrieval: Ensure seamless incorporation of documentation into the master database or library, implementing and maintaining a coordinated filing system. Retrieve documents as needed by the team.

- Project Documentation Oversight: Take responsibility for controlling, tracking, and issuing complete project documentation. Collaborate with PMC teams, Client\xe2\x80\x99s Project Management, Project Controls, Cost Control, and Procurement teams for project documents and pending workflows.

- Archiving and Data Standardization: Manage received documents for archiving, deciding on key search string references for data standardization. Coordinate with various stakeholders to ensure completeness of archived design, tender, contract, construction, and close-out documents.

- Confidentiality and Compliance: Maintain strict confidentiality regarding sensitive documentation. Ensure that all filing practices align with Quality, Safety, and Environmental (QSE) procedures, if available.

- Reporting and Administrative Support: Prepare and generate reports for progress meetings and reporting, providing administrative support as required by the corporate team. Additionally, cover the duties of team members during their absence or annual leave.

Requirements

- Hold an undergraduate degree from a reputable university.

- Bring a minimum of 10 years of hands-on Document Control experience specifically with Aconex, showcasing adeptness in Aconex functionality and workflows.

- Demonstrate a proven track record in successfully delivering large, multi functional projects, reflecting proficiency in managing diverse project responsibilities.

- Possess in-depth knowledge of document control systems and procedures, ensuring efficient organization and management of project documentation.

- Display a "rounded profile," comfortable collaborating with diverse team members, and fostering positive working relationships within the project team and with stakeholders.

- Showcase proficiency in acting as a project administrator for document control software, particularly Aconex. Additionally, exhibit familiarity with Sharepoint, Oracle EBS, and I-procurement, highlighting adaptability with various software tools.
