The Senior Director- Program Management will be responsible for defining and delivering on the Digital Technology (DT) strategy for repair shops across GE Gas Power, including but not limited to digital thread. This role will be responsible for all DT program execution leadership for Supply Chain enterprise systems incl. LPM, SmartShop, Kronos, ERP and Lean program MGPP and deployment. Additionally, the leader will coordinate and lead with the CTO and CISO teams the connected machine strategy/OT strategy for contemporary repair sites. The IT leader is responsible for the delivery of highly complex cross disciplined programs that span multiple organizations, various stakeholders. This person will lead, develop the global DT team in support of the overall Supply Chain SQDC targets. Additionally, this role will also lead the digital transformation of the shop floor automation and be responsible for driving the product discovery and product delivery of the overall IT software development strategy for the GSC IT ecosystem.
