Purpose of the Job As the digital marketing leader for the IMEA region, you will own Grundfos’s online presence and direct global digital marketing practices across the region for Domestic division. Being a good collaborator, you’ll work closely with internal and external stakeholders to offer our customers optimal digital journeys
Key Accountabilities
  • Ensure that Grundfos exploits the full potential of digital marketing technologies in line with its strategic goals
  • Deliver on regional goals, operational efficiency and concrete execution plans covering digital touchpoints including Grundfos website (incl. tertiary), SEO - Search Engine Monetization /SEM - Search Engine Optimization, email automation, social media and display advertising, tools, and apps
  • Ensure consistent product listing across third-party e-comm sites in collaboration with local marketers
  • Implement digital best practices to improve e-comm sales conversion rates
  • Effectively supervise implementation of global digital projects in the region
  • Upskill local marketers with digital know-how for a consistent regional practice
  • Establish a stronger e-commerce presence of Grundfos in the region
  • Collaborate with local marketers to ensure consistent digital presence of Grundfos on all local touchpoints; owned, e-shops, and tertiary (partners etc)
  • Devise digital practices and tools to be closer to the customer and motivate value interactions
  • Track and maintain performance reports and data in alignment with global benchmarks and targets
  • Establish solid network with sales stakeholders to ensure digital activities are aligned with commercial goals
  • Stay up to date with digital trends and best practices to identify new opportunities across the region
  • Investigate and evaluate regional digital performance and end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and touch points
  • Keep the marketing activity tracker up to date with digital activities
  • Own and maintain timely record and control of digital marketing expenses in line with the agreed budget framework

Posting, Reporting, and Work Relations The position is a part of the regional DBS PU marketing team but will also be included in the global DBS marketing network.
INTERNAL
  • Regional Marketing – maintain a ‘one-team’ approach for developing and completely implementing localized digital campaigns
  • Global marketing team – localizing, implementing, and evaluating campaigns and activities
  • Sales – understand market realities and gauge on-ground impact of digital activities
  • Management – digital support as required
EXTERNAL
  • Partners –the primary marketing touch point for partners, responding to enquiries in a timely manner always representing Grundfos with professionalism

Required Minimum Qualifications
  • Demonstrable 6+ years of experience digital marketing in a whitegoods company
  • Skilled experience and up-to-date knowledge of running and optimizing effective SEM, SEO, Social Media, CRM systems and online advertising
  • High knowledge of how marketing and digital drives business in a B-2-C context
  • Professional experience working with agencies and vendors
    • Experienced in supervising complex projects involving cross-border stakeholders and management
  • Working knowledge of digital analytical tools (Adobe Analytics, Google Analytics, etc.)
  • Experience working cross-functionally across multiple levels, including senior management
  • Experience of effectively running e-shops and mapping customer journeys
  • Great English language skills (written & verbal)
  • Native Arabic speaker is desired
