Senior Performance Marketing Lead
with a minimum of 10 years of hands-on experience in planning, executing, and optimizing paid media campaigns acrossMeta, Google Ads, YouTube, TikTok, Snapchat
, andNative Ad platforms
. If you are an expert in managing budgets, building performance funnels, and analyzing campaign KPIs, this is the right opportunity for you.Key Responsibilities:
Launch and manage paid search and display campaigns on
Meta, Google, YouTube, TikTok
, andSnapchat
Plan and executeNative advertising strategies
(Taboola, Outbrain) with a focus on content marketing and educational funnels Ensure precise conversion tracking usingPixels, Google Tag Manager
, andUTMs
Run mobile-first and story-based ad campaigns to drive brand engagement and performance Conduct A/B testing, analyze campaign performance, and optimize budgets for maximum ROAS Collaborate closely with design and content teams to develop high-performing, goal-oriented campaignsRequired Skills and Qualifications:
Minimum
10 years of experience
in digital advertising and performance marketing Mastery ofMeta Ads Manager
,Google Ads
,Google Analytics
, andcampaign tracking frameworks
Deep familiarity withTikTok Ads
