Job Description

About the Role:

We are seeking a qualified and dynamic Dietitian/Senior Dietitian who is fluent in both English and Arabic to join our team. This role requires a proactive professional who can manage client relationships, develop customized nutrition plans, and represent our company at external events.

Key Responsibilities:

Client Acquisition & Management:

Actively bring in new clients and maintain strong relationships with existing clientele

Nutritional Counseling:

Conduct comprehensive assessments and create personalized diet plans tailored to individual client needs and goals

Menu Development:

Design balanced, culturally appropriate menus that align with nutritional guidelines and client preferences

Kitchen Coordination:

Work closely with kitchen staff to ensure proper food preparation, accurate portion control, and quality standards

Event Representation:

Attend health fairs, corporate wellness events, and community programs as a company ambassador

Documentation:

Maintain accurate client records and track progress

Additional Duties:

Support various departmental initiatives and contribute to company growth

Required Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Nutrition, Dietetics, or related field (Master's preferred for Senior role) Valid professional license/registration as a Dietitian

Fluency in both English and Arabic

(written and spoken) Proven experience in clinical or community nutrition settings Strong interpersonal and communication skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Preferred Qualifications:

3+ years of experience for Senior Dietitian position Experience in menu planning and food service management Knowledge of regional dietary preferences and cultural considerations Marketing or business development experience
