- Role Focus: We need experienced individuals who understand and can manage the full property development cycle from initial feasibility and concept stages through design, authority approvals, marketing, sales/leasing, construction, and final project delivery/handover.
- Requirements: Proven experience in successfully delivering property development projects is crucial, along with a strong understanding of the Abu Dhabi market.
- Leading teams of consultants. Providing direction to stakeholders involved to ensure project targets are met.
- Internal and external stakeholder management. Working and collaborating closely with internal departments not limited to projects delivery, strategy, finance, procurement, sales, marketing and legal to ensure that projects meet the companys overall goals and objectives.
- Developing project design briefs and scopes outlining key project objectives and parameters aligning with projects feasibility and business case.
- Conducting design reviews throughout the project lifecycle to ensure consultant outcome meet project budget, time and quality.
- Manage project budgets; ensure team is working efficiently towards delivering within budget.
- Relevance to market; construction & design trends, technologies, and operational efficiency tools into the organizations project
- Ensure compliance with building codes and regulations are met.
- Maintaining strong relationship with key stakeholders including clients, investors, consultants, contractors, government authorities and Senior Management.
- Collaborate with operators and stakeholders to understand project requirements and ensure design alignment with business goals.
- Ensure project milestones are met within time and budget.
- Managing project cashflow, contractor payments and variations
- Identify project risk and setting out a mitigation plan
- Bachelor Engineering / masters degree
- A minimum of 10 years post graduate experience in the industry.
- Proven project management experience working on various projects scales on the Client (developer) side
- A proven track record of delivering high quality development management services across the full project lifecycle
- Ability to handle heavy workload, and work effectively within a team
- Excellent communication skills
- Excellent organisational skills
- Excellent presentation skills
- Excellent technical background
- Strong leadership skills
- Knowledge of UAE authority regulations
- Proficient usage of MS Programs Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
- PMP certification a plus
