Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced Senior Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate will handle all aspects of architectural design, with particular expertise in acrylic installations and swimming pool design. This role includes creating shop drawings, managing the production process in our factory, and ensuring all designs meet our high standards of quality and innovation.

Key Responsibilities

Create comprehensive architectural designs for residential and commercial projects Specialize in designing acrylic installations and custom swimming pools Develop detailed shop drawings for manufacturing and installation purposes Manage factory production process to ensure designs are executed according to specifications Coordinate with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders to understand project requirements Oversee quality control throughout the design and production phases Contribute innovative ideas to expand our design portfolio Stay current with industry trends and technological advancements in architectural design
Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Design, or related field (Or EquivalentExperience) Minimum 5+ years of experience in architectural design Specialized knowledge in acrylic materials and swimming pool design Proficiency in CAD software and other relevant design tools Experience in creating detailed shop drawings Knowledge of manufacturing processes relevant to architectural elements Strong project management skills Experience in production management within a factory setting Excellent communication and leadership abilities
Preferred Skills

Experience with parametric design software Knowledge of material properties, particularly acrylic and related materials Understanding of structural engineering principles Experience with sustainable design practices Portfolio demonstrating innovative architectural solutions Ability to balance aesthetic considerations with functional requirements
