Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly creative and experienced Senior Designer with a strong

background in art direction, motion graphics, and digital design. The ideal candidate

should be passionate about design and storytelling, possess exceptional skills in Adobe

Creative Suite, and have a proven track record of producing compelling visuals across

various digital platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Art Direction & Conceptualization:

2. Lead creative projects from concept to execution.

3. Develop visual concepts and design strategies that align with brand goals.

4. Collaborate with marketing and creative teams to create engaging campaigns.

5. Visual Design & Graphic Creation:

6. Design eye-catching visuals for digital and print media.

7. Create marketing materials, including banners, brochures, presentations, and

event branding.

8. Develop brand identities, including logos and style guides.

9. Motion Graphics & Video Content:

10.Design and animate motion graphics using Adobe After Effects.

11.Create promotional videos, explainer videos, and dynamic content for social

media.

12.Manage post-production editing and ensure high-quality output.

13. Digital & Web Design:

14.Design engaging website layouts and landing pages.

15. Ensure web designs are user-friendly, responsive, and visually appealing.

16.Collaborate with web developers to implement design projects.

17. Social Media Post Design:

18.Create visually compelling content for various social media platforms.

19. Stay updated on social media design trends to maintain competitive relevance.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Minimum of 5 years of professional design experience. Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, After Effects, Photoshop, XD,
Premiere Pro).

Strong portfolio showcasing a range of creative projects. Proven experience in art direction and brand identity development. Advanced skills in motion graphics and video animation. Solid understanding of typography, color theory, and layout design. Ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines. Strong communication skills and team collaboration abilities.
Preferred Qualifications:

Experience in UI/UX design. Familiarity with digital marketing and advertising trends.
