Role Overview

We are looking for a

Senior Interior Designer

with strong leadership, creativity, and technical capabilities to join our design team. This role requires hands-on expertise in both

2D design and 3D visualization

, with advanced skills in

3ds Max

, AutoCAD, and other key design tools. You will lead interior design projects across various sectors and bring concepts to life through high-quality drawings, material selections, and immersive 3D renderings.

Key Responsibilities

Lead interior design projects from concept development through to detailed design and execution. Develop 2D documentation including floor plans, elevations, sections, and construction drawings. Produce high-end 3D visualizations and renderings using

3ds Max

with V-Ray or Corona Renderer. Prepare compelling presentation materials: mood boards, spatial studies, and visual storytelling. Direct and review FF&E selections, finishes, and materials in line with the design vision. Liaise directly with clients, consultants, contractors, and suppliers. Oversee and mentor junior designers and ensure quality and consistency in output. Manage project timelines, budgets, and deliverables while maintaining design integrity.

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Interior Design, Interior Architecture, or a related field. 6+ years of relevant interior design experience, ideally with leadership responsibilities. Proven expertise in

3ds Max

for 3D modeling and rendering. High proficiency in: AutoCAD (2D documentation) Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign) SketchUp / Rhino (optional but beneficial) Experience in creating detailed construction documentation and understanding of materials and detailing. Strong design sensibility and ability to communicate design ideas clearly. Excellent project management, time management, and interpersonal skills.

Preferred Skills (Bonus)

Experience in [residential / commercial / hospitality / retail interiors -- specify as needed]. Familiarity with Revit or BIM workflows. Animation or walkthrough production skills in 3ds Max. Knowledge of sustainable materials and LEED certification.
