Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

- Study design briefs and determine requirements
- Conceptualize visuals based on our needs
- Create eye-catching static posts, motion graphics, videos, and multimedia content for social media (including photography and videography)
- Choose appropriate colors and layouts for each graphic
- Collaborate with copywriters
- Research industry-related topics, stay updated on industry trends
- Work closely with our marketing team to enhance engagement, reach, and sales - Manage multiple design projects from conception to completion, meeting deadlines and maintaining quality
- Ensure all content aligns with our brand voice

Key Requirements:

- Proven graphic design experience, particularly in real estate
- Strong portfolio showcasing illustrations and graphics
- In-depth knowledge of social media trends, hashtags, and engagement strategies
- Proficiency with creative tools like Adobe
- Experience creating engaging content across various social media platforms
- Ability to transform concepts into compelling content
- Skill in incorporating a brand voice and identity into digital content
