Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors through the pre-contract
Ensure that all project documents are delivered accurately and on-time
Complete all pre-contract schedules in compliance with company brand and expectations
Use appropriate verification techniques to manage changes in project scope and schedule
Manage workshops and on-line call agendas, invitations, recordings, etc.
Take accurate meeting notes and use those notes and Teams recordings to accurately reflect the content in minutes of meetings
Manage the relationship with the client and all stakeholders
Keep up to date all project registers
Prepare all project weekly dashboards and monthly reports using complete templates
Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation
Assist other team members on the project with professional support
Constantly cross check all information, schedules and documents prior to issuing them from the office.
Be committed to ensuring customer satisfaction and escalate any potential issues to your line manager before they become problems
Comply with all legal and other compliance obligations
Manage other designers to ensure that projects are completed in a timely manner
Manage client relationships and serving as a liaison between consultants and client
Requirements:
Qualification in Architecture or Design Management (Project Management Qualification an advantage)
5 \xe2\x80\x93 10 years\' experience as an architect, coordinating design stages / consultants and 3 \xe2\x80\x93 5 years\' (10+ years\' experience for SDM) experience in Design Management role
Sector expertise in mixed-use, residential or hospitality projects
Exceptional communication, organisation and interpersonal skills
Ability to use major software (MS Word, Excel, Adobe Suite, Outlook, Project, Teams, etc)
Ability to manage multiple sub-consultants
Experience in using design management tools such as comment tracking schedules, risk registers, RFI Schedules, Minutes of Meetings, monthly reporting, etc.
